 Bat or Racquet Drop Print

For this quick hands exercise, use a bat, a stick, or a tennis racquet. Have a partner drop the bat or racquet parallel to the ground. The athlete starts with his or her hands above the object with palms facing downwards.

The goal is to try and catch it with two hands before it lands. To add a little more challenge, try to catch it with only one hand, either left or right. Obviously, you want to be careful with this one and do it on a soft surface to start with to avoid damaging your bat or racquet.
