 Circle Toss Print

Although this drill is extremely fun for even the youngest of athletes, it can also be entertaining and skill building for adults as well.  Set up a small group in a circle facing one another and ask them to start off by rapidly tossing a ball back and forth in any direction. The primary objective is to pass the ball quickly yet still maintain control so that it does not fall on the ground.  As soon as possible add a second and even a third ball, forcing everyone in the circle to keep both of their eyes wide-open and both of their hands ready to catch and toss, even two balls at the same time.

To add excitement, time the group to see how long they can keep all the balls in motion, while no individual in the group holds a ball for more than one second.
