 Steal a Ball Print

This next one is a real favorite. Have four or more athletes put four tennis balls each inside a small bucket or Frisbee turned upside down. Separate each player by 10-15 feet and form a circle. To perform this exercise, all participants start at the same time and each one takes one ball at a time from their own pile and places it onto the pile of one of the other athletes. The first player with an empty pile of balls is declared the winner and the game ends.

Since this is one game that hardly anyone ever wins or losses, the coach must remember to stop this exercise before everyone gets too tired.
